If the USA got rid of auto qualifying for the Ryder Cup, and the captain(s) picked all 12 players, how would our team have looked?

I kinda think we would have sent the same 12 guys. Possibly Webb Simpson may not have made it.

But I've heard going to 12 Captain's picks as a possible fix going forward, but I'm not sure it would have changed anything.
