First he has to get and stay healthy. Even then, the aura will never come back. The red shirt just destroyed his original opponents(Phil, Els, Singh) back in the early 2000s. But all those guys(except Phil) are retired or semi-retired(Phil). All these young guys(Johnson, Rory, Thomas, Spieth) all grew up idolizing Tiger. So when they see the red shirt, it's not an intimidation factor - it's just 'oh look it's Tiger in his red shirt, kewl'. All these guys are in a sense Tiger-esque clones in the sense that they all hit huge and all have a burning desire to win.
These guys are the real legacy of THE Tiger Woods(1997-2008), not the imposter(2009-present). With his broken down 40+ year old body he can't handle the rigors of championship golf anymore, much less against these young and fierce guys who HE created!
