Representing professional athletes has a certain 'glamour' attached to it, especially after the movie Jerry Maguire came out and the popular phrase 'Show me the Money' was echoed from many ambitious young college students looking to enter the Industry. Although there are glamorous moments and you're fortunate to get a front row seat to these elite athletes' careers, it's become a competitive Industry with many players. Mark McCormack launched the Industry in the 60's with a handshake agreement with Arnold Palmer.
